My purpose is to empower voices and amplify impact – helping others share their stories while owning and celebrating my own. Through podcasting, coaching, advocacy, and education, I create platforms where courage meets clarity, and where stories spark transformation. I am here not only to make space for others to shine, but to step forward as a leader, showing that it’s possible to rise, heal, and thrive by speaking your truth.

I’m Rose Davidson — Founder of The Impactful Voice Project™, BEAM Podcast of the Year winner, and storyteller driven by a simple belief: that every experience, no matter how painful or powerful, deserves to be heard.

For years, I was known as the host and producer of Talking with the Experts — an award-winning, globally ranked podcast with over 650 episodes that gave entrepreneurs and thought leaders a platform to share their wisdom. Along the way, I created the OPAL System© to help others launch their own shows and amplify their voices with confidence.

But as my journey evolved, so did my purpose.
Today, my work is focused on The Impactful Voice Project™ — a storytelling movement that helps people transform their lived experiences into messages of hope, courage, and connection. Through e-books, reflection journals, and community initiatives, I guide others to see the power in their stories and the ripple effects they can create.

My mission is simple: to make storytelling a bridge between pain and purpose — because when one voice speaks, others find the courage to follow.

💜 2022 – Advocacy in Action
Expanded my voice through Healing Through Love, supporting survivors of domestic and family violence with community-led events and conversations.
